"Today I had a service call booked for our Samsung side by side fridge at Beechboro and I left instructions for the service person to give me a call when he was about 45 mins away which would allow me to leave work and meet them at home.
Leonardo called me at approx 0930 and said he was on his way to another call and would call again when he was about 45 mins away from my place.  He made the call as promised and we met at my house.
He is to be congratulated as I feel he is an excellent asset to DACAPS in the way he presents himself ( clean & pressed uniform with polished boots ) unlike many trades persons around these days.  Being an ex-serviceman his presentation really stood out for me. 
I work in a service industry and appreciate excellent customer service which is what I received from Leonardo and can only recommend that DACAPS recognizes him as an asset to your business.  If you have an employee of the month award I would like to nominate Leonardo to be considered."

"Hello, Can you please pass this email on to the Manager or Supervisor of Dacaps.  I received some great service and I hope you will recognise this employee. I had been looking for a spare part (a gas ignition button) and had called up multiple spare parts companies. The companies were not helpful and would just get me to call another company and then the next company would tell me to call another, and so forth. I then was advised to call Dacaps. I spoke to Peter (last name may have been Pat) over the phone, he was extremely friendly, he explained to me he had to search for the part number and also that it would be easier if I took photos of the appliance and then bought them in. Peter was the first person to take time to explain to me what is required and how he could help to resolve the issue. He was so professional, friendly and helpful over the phone; it was such a pleasant surprise compared to the other service I have been receiving.  I took the photos and went into Dacaps and was actually served by Peter. Again, he was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help me find the spare part. Peters great service was greatly appreciated.
